ice figure skating dress twirl/dance/roller/dance child M 8-10

This is a new child's size medium Disney Princess print lycra skate/dance dress and scrunchie. My size medium pattern says it fits sizes 8-10. The pretty pastel print features Disney princesses. Scoop neck pull on style is handmade with a zig-zag stitch and trimmed in light blue sparkle lycra. It is made of high quality 4 way stretch lycra Flat front skirt and attached print panty. Removable bow at the hip. Front is lined with swimsuit lining. The measurements with the dress laid flat and not stretched are as follows; chest 11 in, waist 9 1/2 in, hip 11 in.Top of shoulder seam to bottom of crotch seam 23 in.
